2. Allow Gradle sync to finish.
3. Select Build > Generate Signed Bundle / APK.
4. Choose APK.
5. Create or select a keystore.
6. Build the release APK.

The generated file will normally appear under:
app/build/outputs/apk/release/

Only distribute the app where permitted by applicable laws and platform rules.
